What's the difference between Legal Trail Co. and Daily Trail Co.?

They're two collections under one roof. Legal Trail Co. is built for legal professionals — the Legal Trail Planner™, case status sheets, task lists, and wellness journals designed around the realities of practicing law. Daily Trail Co. brings that same organized, intentional approach to everyday life with our lifestyle products. Same quality, same attention to detail — just different trails.

Are your products physical or digital?

Both! Some of our products are instant digital downloads (PDFs you print at home or at a local print shop), and others — like the Legal Trail Planner™ — are physical products. Each product page clearly states which type it is, so check the description before checkout.

How do digital downloads work?

Immediately after your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link for your PDF file(s). You can also access your downloads from the order confirmation page. Save the files to your device — your link is available anytime through your order confirmation email. No shipping, no waiting.

I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder — that's where it hides 90% of the time. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

What's your refund policy on digital products?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales on digital downloads are final. If there's a problem with your file — it won't open, pages are missing, or you received the wrong item — contact us and we'll make it right. For full details, see our Refund Policy in the footer.

What about the Legal Trail Planner™ pre-order?

The Legal Trail Planner™ is currently available for pre-order. Your card is charged at checkout, and your planner ships as soon as production is complete. We'll email you with updates, including tracking information the moment your order is on its way. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page.

What are your printing tips for the digital sheets?

For best results:

  • Paper: Standard 8.5" x 11" letter size works for all our sheets. For a premium feel, use 28–32 lb paper instead of standard 20 lb.
  • Settings: Print at 100% scale (not "fit to page") to keep the layout crisp.
  • Color vs. black and white: Our sheets are designed to look great either way — print in grayscale to save ink.
  • Print shops: Office supply stores and local print shops can print and even spiral-bind your sheets if you want a more polished setup.

Can I share or resell the digital files?

Our digital products are licensed for personal use only. Please don't share, distribute, or resell the files — but feel free to print as many copies as you need for yourself.
